The automated gate works great. The automated payment system is not great. If you have an expired card on file for autopay, you will get a late fee in less than 24 hours, even if it’s on a Sunday when there aren’t office hours to sort out the issue. Luckily, there is a reliable manager Rick who you can call who will sort things out for you, even if it’s a Sunday when no one should be having to deal with late fees on less that 24 hours notice. The facilities are secure and convenient.“
